Mr Smartie Pants

Yes, Caden is a smartie pants. The other day we went to go visit Aunt Carol with Grandma. We got to see Ezra and Rebekah and have lots of fun seeing their new place. While we were there, Caden saw a little statue of the Lincoln memorial. He pointed to it and said, "Grandma, that's on the back of my pennies!" Who knew he paid that much attention to little coins.
Then on Saturday morning, we were watching the last of "Ella Enchanted" while we waited for conference to start and they sang the song "Don't Go Breaking My Heart". Later that day when we were helping Grandpa prune his cherry trees, Caden ran around the whole yard singing the song.....after hearing it only the one time. Little Mr. Smartie Pants got the song stuck in all of our heads. We were all singing it the rest of the night. LOL. Who knows, he might end up to be a singer after all! Definately taking after his mom instead of his dad. :)

Jonathan seems to notice everything about money too. I hope that will turn out to be a virtue rather than a vice as he gets older. =o) Now I'll have the song in my head...
